Prof. Akata, from the Department of Radiochemistry and Radioecology, visited the University of Strasbourg, France. He introduced the Institute of Radiation  Emergency Medicine during the Radiochemistry Division Seminar and presented the latest research achievements of his department. Additionally, scientific discussions were held with Prof. Abdel-Mjid NOURREDDINE, Dr.Mireille DEL NERO and Dr. Lu LIU, focusing on their ongoing research initiatives. Furthermore, there was a meeting with Prof. Rémi Barillon, which was aimed at creating potential future research collaborations.
 The Institute of Radiation Emergency Medicine has a cooperation agreement with the Department of Physics and Chemistry of the University of Strasbourg, and will consider student exchanges and joint research in the future, particularly within the Department of Radiochemistry and Radioecology.
